OVERVIEW

Our state of the art 6kw fiber laser is capable of efficiently cutting steel plates up to 1” thick. We also have the capability to form parts up to 8′. Our enclosed burr room and grinding station strives for quality down to the small details of your sheet metal work. Also, with skilled welders and adequate fixturing and tooling, Mantych is capable of meeting your requirements for TIG, MIG, brazing, spot welding, or solder. Finally, Mantych’s Sheetmetal Division has an assembly department with hundreds of fasteners including inserts, studs, and pem nuts, to accomplish our standard in parts per print.
